Estate agency fees are agreed at instruction and typically range from 5% to 6% plus IGIC on Lanzarote. As the seller you will also usually pay your share of the notary fees and the municipal PlusvalÃa, plus any tax on your gain. Land-registry costs are paid by the buyer.
